It depends on the role you need. Technical roles tend to take longer. Other roles will take somewher between 1-2 weeks after briefing meeting.

Regarding the employee working in your project, none. We are 100% responsible by brazilian law to comply to standards and payment of all taxes and regulations.

Full-time employee will cost 30% of annual defined salary (with a 60-day refund guarantee). Managed employee is 30% over salary, billed monthly based. Project based will be evaluated case by case.
